TOPIC: Finally

So after an hour of rule breaking I finally got banned by Zarps amazing staffing community. Now in my app I said I had finally found a server with a decent staffing community, but I got denied because I hadn't been playing long enough, well now that I have played for a while I can see that majority of the staff are terrible. People like Aaron are brilliant at what they do but others are really slacking. For example, I rpged an rp house along with 4 people as citizen, Slayer brought be over and asked me why, I said "Sorry m8, didnt aim for you" So he didnt even warn me? xD It was at spawn why would I rpg at spawn? I got away with proppushing the almighty Holly, right in front of her face. I got away with rule breaking for so long it was stupid and then after an hour of rule breaking i got bored so i just rdmed an admin to end it, apparently the only way for them to care is by break rules to do with them. Your staff needs sorting out again, the only reason most of them keep their jobs is because they are liked, thats a pretty corrupt community. Klam for example abused his powers last week by no clipping in a base and then raiding it afterwards, as well as breaking the raid time by raiding the same base again very shortly after. A lot of staff believe that Zarp 2 is a lay back server, Yuno is the only staff member that actually does his job on that server, there are countless numbers of f1s that are going unanswered for hours and staff like Klam and Zoom are busy rping. Fair enough everyone deserves to rp but what the hell? There are staff on but none of them are doing their job. Thats what you signed up to do! Almsot everyoen will disagree with me and frankly I dont care, a lot of you already know the staff are going to crap a lot of you have seen it and called out on it on the server. As I said staff deserve to RP but whilst there are f1s to do thats what you need to be doing, thats what you were given the job for, if you just want to rp and not do your job why become staff? I was accused of applying for power but you clearly did apply for power.

Anyways cya all, you can perma ban me if you want idc tbh. Other servers have less corrupt staff im happy to enjoy myself on those It seems to happen with a lot of big popular servers, their staff take advantage of the chaos and such to get away with all sorts.

And what's the point of this thread? Like seriously?

Join another community and leave Zarp if you want to. No need for these threads.

Maybe if you could actually back up these claims we would sort it out but just as many other reports no evidence to back anything up. I know the staff team Is slacking and it needs a change but it's hard to do when we never catch them and the people reporting it don't have proof.

Personally I think you should get the more capable staff to watch over and spectate staff members, and I'm not just talking about mods, Admins like Klam need watching as well. Zoom is a good admin but as I said I caught him using zarp 2 to slack off and not do his job. I wouldn't say he needs to be demoted or anything just needs a word. Klam though he needs to be demoted to a mod, his performance is ridiculous, I bet if you ask around you'll find I'm not the only one to say that.

I've played Zarp for a couple of years now and I've never had issues with the staff becuase I don't cause any issues, theres been multiple times where I've done an F1 but either didn't have enough proof or the accused player didn't do anything wrong and I've apoligised and I'm sure the staff will admit that when I ask for assistance I always try to be polite and friendly to the accused player and the staff member that is handling it.

I'm unsure where all this is coming from that the staff are either corrupt or not doing their jobs, I've never seen it or ever been a victim to it myself but instead of making a thread about 'How bad the staff are' why don't you just leave buddy? If you've found another communtiy that's great and I wish you luck and hope you enjoy the new experiences on a new server.

Zarp is a great server, one of the best out there, I've said it before and I'm sticking to it, but poor staff are ruining. I don't care if you're best buds with one of the corrupt ones but you need to open your eyes mate, they are giving zarp a bad name. Sort them out and Zarp would be an unbeatable server.

To be fair some of you're points are very valid but the way u condoned your own behaviour is in fact poor.In most cases your own attitude is a disgrace to purposely break the guidelines to get admins/mods into trouble.Yes i do agree there are some admin/mods that really shouldn't be in the position they are but let the actual H.A take control of the situation with you're support/evidence.There are times when i have waited calmly for a admin to come to my f1, then by the moment they come the suspect has either logged off or its been 30 mins for a rdm...BUT people dont realise that on server 1 for example there maybe upwards of 50 people at any given time. Just a example (so not to be taken literally) 50 people online 2 admins 21 f1's
gonna be some time till they get to you.so u have 1 of 4 things you can do
1. pukker up take the rulebreak and enjoy your play
2. report them and be patient (remember patience is a virtue)
3.Become just like them and rulebreak (then get banned)
4.Apply to be a mod or admin and make your own difference to the server

And you know what I was going to apply on Wednesday but I had enough of the staff to be honest, I don't want to be part of a community that has corrupt staff. Yeah alright my hands are up I dealt with it poorly I shouldn't have broken the rules and got banned for 4 weeks, you're right on that. I'm just getting sick and tired of it, I'm not saying staff aren't allowed to have fun but their job is priority, for a server like Zarp it is vital staff are on point when they're on the server
