We don't 'BlackList' Ip's under any circumstances so anyone that suggested that would be wrong your best bet it to try resetting your router and if that fails try joining from another computer and see if that works if both fails post again so we can see what else we can do to help you.

Turn off your firewall, try adding the ports to your fire wall.
