Hi O.feely,
Your Booster Packs and ZARP VIP upgrades have been successfully activated on your ZARP account. All you need to do now is link your Steam profile to be able to claim them in game. To do this once logged hover over the ZARP VIP menu and go to the Booster Packs page. Then, press the 'Sign in with Steam' button to link your Steam profile to your ZARP account. Be sure to link the same Steam profile that you use to play on the ZARP servers. After you've done that, simply re-connect to the server and claim your Booster Packs in the F4 menu under the Donate tab. Your ZARP VIP upgrades will start working too once you re-connect, you don't need to claim these.
