TOPIC: Is this a rulebreak?

I just want to be sure, so I will try to explain it with my stupid English.

Me and my friend WHITEMARBLE we're nuking, and someone raided us as gangster (it's an admin, I am not going to call names because I don't want to frame anyone).
After I killed the person, that knew the nuke was there (that's the reason he was raiding us) changed to a SWAT/SAS or anything like that.
Then he came back (so still broke raid timer, I know theres not raid timer as police but still..) and raided us again.
Isn't this job abuse?

I don't know but raiding someone as gangster and if it fails changing to SWAT to raid again in less then 10 minutes is job abuse I think..

Its job abuse if you change job instantly to gain an advantage!
EDIT: You need to wait at leaste 5 mins before you do something

So you're saying he died and straight after returned as SWAT?

Nah he waited after NLR, but he changed job to avoid raid timer.

Ok: Gangster changing to Thief then raiding a base.
Ok: Citizen changing to Radio Manager to play music.
Not Ok: Citizen changing to Gangster to instantly raid a base.
Not Ok: Cop changing to Gangster to instantly raid a base. (I assume vice versa as well?)
