TOPIC: Flashing Colors Rule Suggestion

I've seen some people with flashing things with colors etc... and tbh I don't think it should be allowed this could easily give seizures as just looking at it hurts my eyes I think this should be banned from Zarp.

4.2 Base Appearance - Bases must not have flickering effects, invisible or anything difficult to the eye. Anyone entering the base must be able to see where they are going. No completely blacked out rooms the black material can only be used on one wall. Transparency can not be lower than 170% / units on the color/colour slider.

Hmm this is the thing I've spoke to a mod and he said it's 100% allowed :/

The rule is in place about bases, so they cannot trick the raider or confuse him, on the other hand it is allowed on structures which are not a base (such as stages), and whoever has a history of photosensitive epileptic seizures should not play FPS games at all in my opinion.
