I've copy and pasted the format for applying, hope you take the time to review this!

General Information:
Well, to start, I'm UltraBagel, but I'm more commonly referred to as just Bagel or Ultra. About a month ago, I joined Zarp because, why not, and it turned out to be a really amazing server! I have been playing since then, and only figured out about this forum about a week ago! Now that some time has passed, and I've learned the rules, I decided I wanted to join a gang, and this seemed to be perfect for what I have! Also, I have lots of hours on DarkRP, and sadly since, one of my main servers shut down. If I were to join this gang, my new DarkRP server would have to be Zarp!

How much money do you currently have?
I currently have about 2.5M, and gain about 100k per time/hour on, depending on what I have to do after I'm on Garry's Mod. If I were to join the gang, I'm sure I would gain much more per hour. It also depends on lottery, as that is completely random, for as far as we (I) know.

Questions:
Only one, what's the ratio of Silent Marchers to actual people on if it's an average day (in other words, say 50 people were online and in Zarp DarkRP, how many out of the 50 would be Silent Marchers?
Why do you want to join us? (Longer answer)
There are several reasons why I wish to join you. First off, I want to make a good impression on Zarp DarkRP. Since I joined, people have taken me in well, and they all give me thanks for what I do, and there's no lunatic screaming "AUTIST" whenever I walk past them. If I were to join you, I feel anybody with a mind would respect me, if they didn't already.
Second of all, I want to join for the social value. If I were to join, I would love to meet you all in-game, and I wouldn't hesitate to start a YouTube series with you guys!
Finally, I want to join so that I have the protection of you guys. When I'm being raided without a gang, I am left hopeless, crouching in the corner waiting for my death, but if I'm with you, I know you will have my back, and more importantly, have my trust!

Why do you think your better than the average player?
This goes without explanation, although I will explain it, rule breakers. When a rule breaker joins the server, there is no fun to be had. I cringe my face backwards as somebody raids my house as citizen. But with me in the gang, I will obey all the rules, and there will be an even greater reputation on this gang!
Rate the following skills on a scale of 1 to 10: Building, Aiming, raiding and communication
Building: 8/10, my building skills are nearly perfect, but there is always that one guy spamming explosives that I'm not prepared for.
Aiming: 7/10, while I'm great with hitting a moving target, I'm not the best in moving and hitting a target, because it seems like I need to figure out some of the physics in Zarp still.
Raiding: 9/10, when raiding, I'm nearly a legend with that. Almost every raid I do is successful, and with even the smallest of Zarp members, I can still raid swiftly, and with no damage done if needed, but with no damage comes no fun.
Communication: 10/10, I am perfect with talking with all of the Zarp members, and I never go around screaming in peoples ears, and I rather try as hard as I can to not be offensive/racist towards a younger and/or uninformed Zarp member.
Why should we choose you instead of the next applicant?
With me, you are getting the best of the best. I am always there to help if one of us is getting raided, or freekilled, etc. I can't stress enough how much I will help others, rather than myself. I will also contribute 10% of my wealth towards gang earnings (if possible) so that we can become even better and stronger.
Oh and yea, I am great with art ;3;

Like I stated above, I will try to donate 10% of my wealth to the gangs earnings, and why would I betray you with my own money at stake?

Questions:

Why do you want to join us? For a while now I have seen this powerful gang take down a lot of other organizations and I would like to be a part of this new organization that may be the next best gang on Zarp Dark RP. I also have a lot of friends in this gang such as Wube and the owner Am1 and they have all been telling me to join this gang called Silent March. So, there I was looking on the forums at the art work of Silent March seeing all the great stuff this gang has achieved, then I got a Message on steam saying Apply for Silent March, this gang is active and friendly. Now hear I am applying on Zarp forums for this respected and cooperative gang.

Why do you think your better than the average player? I think I am just about higher than the average player because I have gotten to know the Zarp community really well through out these 9 months, and I think having more knowledge about the community helps you better than trying to get good at the server. This is one of the reasons I decided to join Silent March because the gang has a lot of knowledge of this Servers and the community.

Rate the following skills on a scale of 1 to 10: I would rate myself around 7 on building, on Combat I would rate myself as a 7, on Aiming I would give myself a 8 and a half and on communication I would rate myself as a 9.

Why should we choose you instead of the next applicant? I think you should choose my application because I will try to help out people in the gang as much as I can and I will respect people who are in the Organization just as they should respect anyone else who is an allied with them.

How can we trust you not to betray us? The reason I won't betray Silent March is that they are a growing gang with great potential and I would not like to be to one who takes those things away from Silent March.

The Organization I was in was BrotherHood. (The reason I don't want to be in BrotherHood anymore is because they are getting in active and I have seen Silent March have much more member and that they don't raid other gang members.
