TOPIC: Restores...

So, I was Playing the game, when suddenly, the server crashed.
When I came in again the restore thing popped up, and I had an Uranium Printer, as you can see in the SS, and when I did /restore all the Uranium Printer didn't spawn.
Is there anyway I can get a refund?
