What's hip and happenin' fellas?

My question for you is this. I've seen/heard some players using some text-to-speech function that makes their chat played out loud as sound. Is this an external program, something ZARP specific or something else? If so, how do I use it?

Oh and I got the music playing fixed by the way.

Text to speech is a VIP feature. You use "/tts <text>" once you are VIP to use it.

This is some great advice to follow cause that tts stuff gets annoying when its spammed and causes me to pop blood vessels in my fingers from spamming the ban button.
