Holds all the Gang Funds and Spends them on what he thinks necessary.

Second in command
Has Responsibility to feed back to the Master of any issues.
Is the spokesperson for everybody wanting to portay ideas to the master.
In-Charge of Lieutenants.

Lieutenant [L]
Third in command.
Is responsible for those lower than him.
Can request for actions to be made.

Private [P]
Feeds Back to Lieutenants on potential issues.
Tries to earn a higher rank in the Gang.
Represents the Gang.

What are the requirements for joining District 7?
The Only Requirement To Be Capable of Joining District 7 is No Recent Warnings, this means that you have not recieved a warning off a Mod/Admin/SA/HA within the last two weeks of applying.

How Will I Know If I Have Been Accepted?
You will recieve a reply on your application as soon as possible, with either a 'Accepted' or 'Denied' Stamp Written Towards the bottom of the page.

If not accepted, when can I apply again?
You can apply once every 2 weeks.
