TOPIC: A Fix For RDA

In ZARP DarkRP RDA is a problem as it is in most servers and I have a way to reduce if not stop it from happening.
In the DarkRP settings file there is a setting that looks like this:
-- needwantedforarrest - Enable/disable Cops can only arrest wanted people.
GM.Config.needwantedforarrest = false

As you can see it is disabled by default but if you enable it, It will mean that players need to be wanted for CPs to arrest them.

It's already like that.

You can be arrested without being wanted though.

It would be a problem. If someone does something illegal, for example simply holding a big gun he is not automaticly wanted.
So you couldnt arrest them anymore.

No it would not. If someone mass rda's other users he will end up getting banned anyway.

I dont like the idea. Because just as nexize said it takes some time to make someone wanted, and if people want to rda they will just make people wanted.

I once played on a server where you could type: /quickwant to make the person in front of you wanted. I don't know if this is possible on this server, but it may reduce the RDA and you will still be able to arrest someone in a short amount of time.
EDIT: You can keybind this command aswell.

If someone has a big gun out you can go straight for arrest. So I see no point in that suggestion, If people really want to RDA they will make everyone wanted and then arrest them...

This would be pointless and solve nothing. All it would do is cause headaches to cops trying to legitmenty arrest players who are breaking the law. Instead of arresting someone as soon as you see them breaking the law you have to type out a wanted reason and at that point they could be gone or have killed you.

If we did at the quick warrant command you could simply spam a keybind. It would solve nothing.
