Mayor changes are coming to Gladius

To make the gang seem fresh and interesting again, we will be doing some changes to Gladius, changing our system, ranks and perhaps even name, the gang will hopefully be more fun, and easier to manage after these changes!

Anyways, the gang will be put on a Standby mode, until these changes are a coming out, all applications are put on hold and the meeting for tonight is cancelled.

Gladius Changes

Introducing new rank - Legend
Introducing new Secondary Rank - Recruiter
Changes in rules
The weekly meeting has been removed, meetings will now be held whenever required.
All applicants now needs to recieve a Recruiter permission before applying.
Joining fee is being reduced to 0.
Champion+ May now decide on a gang application, however the decision must be discussed with another Champion+.
The Lanistas right hand may now decide on an application alone.
