Are you sure it dosent work? Note that it dosent take you to another page It downloads it straight away.
Look in your browser download history should be there+ You dont have to post a reply to say this you can just press Edit on the botton right of your post

So, if you wanted to play on the server, and you can't join because of the map, here's how to do it.
DRIVE WHERE STEAM IS INSTALLED>ProgramFiles(x86)>Steam>SteamApps>common>GarrysMod>garrysmod>Maps> Delete any downtown_zarp map you may have installed in it. Then join the server, and it will automatically download the map for you, then you will be able to play on Server 1.
