TOPIC: refund

I had a uranium printer and then the server crashed and the printer is not cheap so i would like to have a refund. I asked a moderator in game and he told me to do a topic to get either Money or uranium as a refund.

Im sorry to tell you we dont refund entities such as printers, drug labs etc.

But why did the other admin tell me that i would get a refund?
