So is there gonna be new rules about placing hits? Since I guess its apparently harassment to place them within 30 minutes of each other on the same person now.

There's a hit cooldown of 10 minutes on the same person anyway and there isn't any documentation backing up this rule.

I was told not to put a hit on someone anymore because it was harassment so i didn't for like 30 minutes and then put one again and got banned for a day for Harassment. idfk lots of rules made up on the spot now.

Yeah get banned by like an 8 year old for placing hits on some girl. She had like 4 other people place hits on her too and the admins just kept telling everyone to stop placing hits.

Isn't there a time limit for hits on the same person?

There was some trouble with people harassing Olu; constant hits on her every available oppertunituty, people saying general rude degrogatery things in chat directed to or about her, as well as players following her around. This got so bad she had to go to a super admin to ask for help. After spectating her it was clear there was an issue and her gameplay was being severely affected by others. By looking at who placed the hits as well as thise writing rude thing in chat it seemed like it was coming from the same small group of people.

I understand that placing hits on people is completely legal but as it was constant and had it had started effecting her role play as well as making her feel singled out. This mixed with peope being constantly rude to her; it became a problem.

So I spoke to everyone who who did place a hits and spoke badly of her in chat. I told them that there was some trouble with people harasing Olu so for the moment please don't place hits or say rude things about her in chat; you were one of the people I spoke to. Everyone reluncatly complied except you and other player.

Dispute being told not to place hits on her you did, this is why you got banned.

Zarp does not tolerate any kind of prejudice or bulling and what I witness was clearly the former two thing; this is why people were told to stop.

I should've permabanned you Bernard. You constantly harassed her and wouldn't stop. You, Gems Bond, Fil all did it and were calling her stop bad shit. First of all. Don't go assuming that an admin is young for banning you, you look so much like a fool when you turn things around to your liking. You guys got so BUTTHURT when we successfully raided you that you started to pick on Olu, you didn't even recognize that I was spectating. it had been 30 minutes and she arrested me i think thats a perfect rp reason to place a hit.
also it was cut for tRiffany and bernard. i dont even remember you raiding us i didnt even really have a base i kind of just ran around with a gun and backed a guy up who held my printer for me lol.

They told me not to place a hit so i didn't for a long time. During that long time i kept getting taken on a rooftop by someone because of something someone else did. some guy named BIGBLACKPUNISHER said something in OOC and i got taken on a rooftop and told to stop talking in occ. After this 30 minutes of doing nothing the olu dude arrested me for being a black market dealer with a Python so i put a hit on her. I fail to see where putting a hit on someone for a perfect RP reason.
