If you bought VIP before the new management, you will not be able to retrieve it but if you have bought it lately then just go to "ZARP VIP" tab on the top right and like your Steam with this Forum.

So your saying that my twenty dollars that i spent has become wasted and i cant do anything about it?

Zarp has changed its owners since then, so basically its a different server then before.
It's just 20 dollars, I bet you can live without 20 dollars you spent way back in 2012
