Story- I was getting run over by this guy on purpose and i killed him then spawned a prop under his car *accidently* and i tried to pick it up and i flipped his car by accident then chris teleported me and my friend and said you're banned and he gave us no warnings.
Proof- No proof but my 3 other friends that witnessed it

If you're in the road, you can be ran over within the rules.

Either way, you were prop-abusing which wasn't the right way to go about the issue.

From what I see, you didn't think about what you did before you did it, and it is a very simple rule.

You don't deserve a reduced ban.
