TOPIC: [SSRP] MiniMinecraft99's various rule breaking

As I was playing SSRP, I came across MiniMinecraft99, so far he has shot me out of my car a couple of times, breaking NLR and RDMing. He has also prop blocked several people (including me) and begun flipping cars. Attempting to prop block spawn and tried to blame what he had done onto other people. Bubbles was there with me, able to confirm these actions and I have screenshots of what had happened:

I was in the server at the time, and I was just trying to tell him to stop, my warnings were not working at the time and some of these rulebreak happened right in front of me.
