TOPIC: Ban Request on cactus jack

Cactus jack has RDM'd me wast iv been building my base with a building sign on the outside, he mugged me 3 times within 5 mins and sends hate full messages to me, after sending these messages he became a SAS just so that he could RDA me.

In the attached image you can see him insulting me and telling me he's trying to make my life hell. I really like this server and that is why i donated to it but its difficult to play with constant muggings and raids whenever he sees me. When admins are not on the server he RDM's me and RDA's me.

I usually play on server 2 so that i can get money without too much trouble, that is why there are not always admins on.

It's true. He also placed a prop over my building sign and killed me, claiming I didn't have a building sign.

He has been harrasing me 75% of the time I have been playing this server.
It puts me off of playing the server, and potentially donating.

He has been banned and warned several times, however he is a donator so all he gets is this:



He was mass RDMing me all the time, yet he only got a verbal warning.

Donators seem to not be treated the same as regular members, and it also seems that by donating, CactusJack has made himself immune from bannings/warnings.

He has also been banned before on other occasions, however he was quickly unbanned without proof of anything.

I really don't feel like this is fair.

I also agree that extra staff are needed on server 2.

I am writing in response of this I have not broke the rules at anytime of me doing anything to you I am constantly getting called by admin with him and his friend being there and nothing happens so its obvious these admin/Moderators can see now that you have it in for me and wanting to get me banned . so I do not appreciate you constantly spoiling my "fun" you have doing this for about 8 hours of my total gamming time I would appreciate it if you will stop and the message I sent to you was because im mad of all of the things that you are doing and not getting kicked or banned for it so you can try to now get me banned in the game and in the forums idk cause you have no proof of me breaking the rules and you know why cause I don't so im going to say it again stop staying on my case as it is one of the most annoying thing that has happened to me of my experience in this server no one has been this much of an annoyance.

We have been calling admins on you for reasons.

Everytime.

We cannot RolePlay because of you. And we are getting sick of it.

You get away with it every time because you claim you did nothing.

You even convince yourself you did nothing, when you know you did many things wrong.

You say he is ruining your fun? You were the one who said that you wanted to make jaijai76's life hell. I don't see how he is ruining your fun, when on the picture it clearly states that you are saying that you pretty much want to ruin his fun.

He wants to stop all of this, yet you are continuing to RDM him and ruin his experience.

Again Everyone can see that you both have it in for me so this is why you are coming on the forums and every time there is an f1 with us both there your the one that gets warned 90% of the time and I have been in the server a lot longer than both of you probably more than you both put together so I know the drill and know all of the rules and I do not find it fun that there is two of you ganging up on me on a petite forum thread thinking that this zarp community is that stupid to see not see though all of your lies.

I was in the mine. Cactus jack came down and mugged TasteDatEnigma and killed him wast he was in a menu, he than killed me straight after. This was RDM as he was mugging taste and not me.

He never said sorry. Right now, he keeps "mugging" me but doesn't give me enough time to give him money, just killing me. He is using it as an excuse to kill me. He is doing this pretty much every minute.

You do not, you say you will give 5 seconds but kill after 3. And what about the RDM in the mine, you were mugging taste don't me but you killed me straight after, that is RDM you cant mugg multiple people at once, you can however mugg him than me straight after, but you didn't even do that.

I just want to point out that you do not have proof that Jack actually did RDA or RDM you. This screenshot only confirms what he intended to do.
