Reason - Minging
Server - DarkRP
Time - Permenant
Story - I got banned for minging, but im not sure why, it must of been someone else on this laptop. I now take extra care to not let anyone else on it (especially Gmod) so i now dont get banned on any server for any reason. Im not sure how i minged, but i promise nothing like that will ever happen again.
Proof - No.

I also appoligise to Chris Jason as he is the one who banned me.
