I was playing on darkRp as godfather, my car was being carjacked so I killed the person in it and he then demoted me for no reason and then changed to the job godfather. Then after that I changed to thief went up to him and said Dont do it again also your random demoting. Then he demoted me for Rdm/Disrespect his name is PenguinMaster

This issue as chris said has been resolved. In future I would advise you to make a appeal in the appeals section and use the template there provided.
