TOPIC: Modman miswarning me.

Whilst I'm not too concerned as to my warning, it has come to my attention that Modman has been giving out unnecessary warnings. I was a gun dealer, and was invited into a home for a sale. This person took advantage of the fact that I had to type everything I said, and used this to get close to me, which would not have happened if I were talking into the mic. I'll also note that I had a knife equipped and had displayed this to my customers. This customer typed /me handcuffs [my rp name]. I pointed out in OOC that he couldn't handcuff me realistically because his character knew I had weapons on me, whilst his character had not once displayed any weapon. Whilst I was trying to trade with this man, assuming he was just messing around pretending to take me hostage, another guy walked in and started threatening me to leave their home. His words "I'll kill you if you don't leave this base you F**king pr*ck.", I attempted to explain that I was indeed trading with his mate, but he just got angrier, and even started to prop push me with a fencepiece at one point to trap me in a corner. He almost seemed like he was about to kill me, so I threw a throwing knife at him, killing him instantly. All the while his other friend had been typing things like /me handcuff/ties legs up [my rp name] to me whenever I had to type anything, which wouldn't make sense in real life, being able to take someone hostage just because they had to speak. I will note that neither of them ever took weapons out at all. Modman warned me for reason "RDM" for my killing of this customers friend, and then seconds later described my actions as "breaking FearRP too", when clearly I was never under fearRP, and actually the opposite was slightly true, my customers were under FearRP from my knife. Modman, you also said in ooc to me that you had recorded the whole thing, please upload that.

Basically I gave out a very valid warning because Garry Newman did /me handcuffs Thel and you took out a knife and stabbed him and killed him. So I do have video evidence and I do not feel like posting it because there is no need as I gave out a valid warning and you know it and this will get worse for you if you require me to upload the footage.

He cannot handcuff me when I'm not under FearRP, a prerequisite for being taken hostage or mugged is for the person taking hostages/mugging has to intimidate their hostage/target with a weapon, when their target does not have a weapon out. Neither of them ever had weapons out.

He said I kidnap you with his voice

He can't take hostages if he hasn't already intimidated his target, i.e. with a gun aimed at the target. He just walked up to me and tied me up. If this were true anyone could just do it anytime in public and walk their hostage away because there is no direct evidence that suggests he was taken hostage.
