TOPIC: Reason for warn for Smallville

I recently warned Smallville for FearRP for committing suicide. After much debate and discussion I had to give this evidence (because my own observations where not enough).

You said "We are kidnapping you"
I was like "Uhm okay"
You guys said "follow us"
I slowly walked towards you guys walking backwards once because everyone was aiming their guns at me, then I continued walking.
If you look at my face, I wasn't looking at the car, rather I was looking at the kidnapper, then the car hit me.
The person in the car was Morgan.
Morgan said "he was standing there already"
The slowmotion also makes me look like I exactly walked towards the car, which I didn't.

According to soxey, I cannot walk back once and continue (all in a matter of 2 seconds)

Besides I did follow the kidnapper, so I dont see the problem.
I must admit with the slowmotion it makes me look like I'm readjusting myself to get myself hit, which I did not.

The kidnapper said "he didn't follow me when we told him to follow me" which is invalid.

I got told that I had to follow them, I reacted by saying Uh okay sure.

Let me say it once more

I get kidnapped
I get told to follow the kidnapper
I say Okay sure
(Slow motion happens)
I walked back once because people were aiming at me (took 1 sec for me to walk back forwards)
I followed the kidnapper again
Car (morgan) hit me.

I have a question, how can I predict that I got hit by morgan

At the time morgan hit me, the kidnappers were talking to me and I listened and followed.
For all I know, morgan was going to stop and not hit me or he wasn't going to drive exactly there.

I was clearly not looking at the car either.

If you could reupload with sound, that would be better aswell.

At about 17 seconds in you can see you look directly at the car
You also could have missed it if you continued going the way we asked.
I understand that your story could be true, but there is absolutely no evidence from your side to decide that.

There is no way of knowing Smallville intentionally stood in front of the car. From the video it looks like it was accidental. It is also possible that maybe Smallville was not able to react in time and run away. There are too many unknown factors to have a proper conclusion.

I did go the way the kidnapper asked. Besides the kidnapper isn't even shown in the video itself, how the hell am I going to prove myself or how are you going to prove your words that I could've missed it if I continued the way.
Still not looking at the car. (remembering correctly I did look at one of my other replies for an answer..)

The video only really proves one thing, and that is that he got hit by my car.

How do we actually know what happened? Modman or one of the other guys could of told him to move over.

From what I've seen in the video it doesn't look like SmallVille is breaking any rules. Plus there is no sound to even tell if they asked him to move out the way or not.

I still stand by my decision. In my opinion you did. Then again I can never be 100% sure. I am sorry this had to happen but to us it did seem a little weird that when we asked you to come with use you managed to position yourself where the car would hit you whereas if you continued moving you would have easily made it.

Again I'm sorry, but I feel that this is the right course of action. If someone else feels that this is unfair they can continue to comment.
If anyone can provide any information that may sway my decision then please provide them to me.
I feel that he did but it is up to the individual to figure this out.
Those who are asking for sound for context we cannot provide but even smallville can admit we did kidnap him and told him to follow us.

Also The slowmotion is because it is not easy to see. But even in increased speed it looks about the same, just faster.
It does not make him seem less or more guilty.

Anyway the worn has expired I believe.

Like it says in the rules you must use /me, so smallville didn't do anything wrong at all.

we can all see that at 17 secs, he look up the road...He was told to walk towards us atleast twice before he made a move...he would of easily made it if he A)Walked when we told him to and/or B)Sprinted C) didn't walk back into the street

the fact, and it quite clear that he did this, walk back onto the side where morgan was driving would be fearRP.
Smallville is in the wrong...And the fact that him and morgan was working together though out this hole thing makes you wonder.

I wasn't talking to morgan at the time this happened or atleast I wasn't talking about this to him, you can ask him yourself. Other than that you have no proof of me telling morgan to hit me.
If I remember correctly, I saw a car at 17 seconds, yes.
I didn't really care though about there being a car there, so I continued to listen to you guys talking. I got told to follow you guys once more and when I was about to walk, I got hit.

I saw him once.
Looking at the video he wasn't driving at the side I was standing on when I got hit.

I could not have predicted him to go to the other side of the road just to hit me could I? No I cannot.

Because really. Soxey has been spamming teamspeak chat this morning saying I was readjusting myself just to get hit by the car, however like I just said, I walked to the other side, the OPPOSITE side of the road, so there would be no way for me to know he would go to the other side to hit me.

Section, if anything... I made sure I did NOT break fearRP.

Think about it, very clearly...

Who in this planet walks/sprints like a normal person to the place he's going to be held in, when he's surrounded by 6 people with guns, if anything I would slowly walk there.. In order to maintain fearRP you could say.

Besides that, it would've been a bad experience for me in the first place. I was about to enter my car, then get spammed by people yelling WE ARE GOING TO TAKE YOU HOSTAGE!!! in their mics (your /me was way too far away as shown in the video I couldn't even see that). It did shock me to be honest. As shown in the video, I was like uhm.. okay okay.

The main kidnapper told me to follow him.

I slowly walk there, like you said at 17 seconds I noticed the car once, I go to the other side of the road (maintaining fearRP in a way) slowly walk towards the kidnapper, and I got hit.


I would like to ask you, section if I didn't already.

What makes you assume I was working together with morgan? Do you have any evidence of that, or is that just what you thought that happened while blaming me for something which I did not do, making me look more bad?

I'm going to be having a word with you about this Soxey.

The action taken was completely disproportionate.
