TOPIC: Need help for VIP.

Hello everybody. It's me, SnoopDoge. (I changed my name.)

I had a little problem... I would like to buy V.I.P. , buy paypal doesn't works + my dad doesn't let me to buy it trought paypal... Reasons: ???... Are there more ways to buy V.I.P.? Send money to owner's bank account? Use things like "Westen Union" ? Any help?
