Point out anything you feel should be changed and show disagreement/agreement to other's ideas. These rules are going to be selected by a small group of our staff team who volunteered to partake over the course of the weekend.

To:
•You are poor, keep it that way (guns nor printers).
(Hobo job rules)

I see hobos with deagle / other small guns all the time.
It will be better if they can't have guns, + they don't even need it.

Change "Gun dealer" to "Gun dealer/Heavy gun dealer" , like police, because people keep saying there are no rules for heavy GD (retarded)
Add to every job "Can raid? No/yes", easier for new players, they usually dont know and raid as cooks and hotel owners.
Also add rules to drug dealer and any other jobs you guys wanna add
Zart also likes adding retarded rules like "•You are not a murderer. " (citizen)
pretty obvious?
Add a "Do not metagame" rule, and specify what it is, for some reason its not there.
There are plenty more but Zart didn't want me to touch the rules to add stuff.

•You are only allowed to kill ANYONE underground. Above the sewer's normal RDM rules apply.
•Mutants are only allowed to be KOS on the surface. Underground normal RDM rules applies when killing mutants.

Make it clear.
Add if self-defense is allowed or not.
•Skybases ARE NOT ALLOWED. There are plenty of houses/apartments/warehouses already on the maps, use them instead. However, you may build on roofs. You must have the walkway to the entrance so wide that 2.5 people can stand/walk next to each other. This means you cannot have a thin walkway to Your base/roof. If the walkway is faded and have a keypad then it must be activated for at least 10 Seconds.

Point this more out. To be specific format the base rules better so its is clear for players to read.
•Mutants may not be Arrested.

Make not arrested bold and in red
+ Add the same rule to CP Rules.

Tip : Just do every NOT in bold and red.

+ Try to shorten the rules length

Make Base Rules more clear.

What type of buildings are allowed.

I would like to suggest that blocking view from outside to inside should be forbidden aswell as No-Collide object entrance.
Reason :
1. That only the owner of the base can see outside is unfair.
2. No-Colliding objects is just like avoiding rules by doing fading doors. People don't know what objects are no-collided and will report it as prop block.

In addition your base may not have obstacles in which you need to crouch
Reason :
1. If the raiders want to escape it just delays it making it unfair.
2. It is a dick move
3. There is a chance that players get stuck and if there is no staff member on the will get stuck with the only solution to kill themselves via console which will make the owner of the base then say NLR etc. etc. ( /sleep will make that worse)

Although that may help with some players, it won't solve the mutant problem. I can almost guarantee you that less than 1/16 of new players read the entire rules the first time they join

This topic is for suggestions on new rules as we are re-writing them, if you want more jobs go to the suggestions category. As well as we just got a new map so I doubt we will get another.
