PSYCHOS is a gang from the old ZARP - founded by the admin Christopher and the mods Joda and Batsegeziech, empowered by the force of, well - in my terms, 'sniper towers'. We're just the same as any other gang; but trying to be just that little more family-like and organized. We were pretty much the first really organized gang on ZARP, along with a few other servers.

This thread will be the central point of organization, so keep an eye out for updates here if you're a member.

At PSYCHOS, we're aiming to be a family. That means EVERYONE is respected, and EVERYONE follows these rules equally. Only Bats and myself will be modifying the rules.

1. You will respect everyone
2. You don't rage
3. Always try your best
4. No stealing from other members. Immediate kick from gang
5. Use your common sense
6. Do not randomly fire or mess with other gang members.
7. When you're online and called to assist us, you should always give us priority. It's your choice, if you're a non criminal body - you will most likely not be called. As I said, it's your choice - but regular coinsurance will result in warnings and eventually a kick from the gang
8. Wear the --=([PSYCHOS])=-- tag in your RP name. Changing this at any point is considered traitorish and will result in immediate kick. If you're going to base with another gang - you either select us as a priority and tell them that the tag stays, or you leave. Simple as that. I request that anyone who witnesses this within the gang would collect a screenshot and inform Bats or myself.
9. If you betray, we will let every other gang on the server know about it.
10. Don't be annoying to anyone on the server.
11. Follow the server rules. You get TWO strikes, then you get kicked from the gang. If you do something major (such as mass RDM) all strikes will be taken.

We'll try our best to maintain a democratic vibe - but please understand that we need rules to keep everything running smoothly and consistently.

These are not a ranked system. It basically decides what sort of tasks you will perform within the gang, and is subject to change at your request, or forced by us to keep a balance.

One is not better than the other - just chose which one would suit you best.

TIER 1: Raiding & Rampage

DESCRIPTION: These people are the heavy guys. They should be qualified and elite in raiding - it's their profession.
SKILLS: Fantastic at raiding, great at running from the cops, good at keeping quiet, alright at defending.
NB: If you constantly fail at raiding, or hardly ever raid, you risk being moved tiers.


TIER 2: Tertiary

DESCRIPTION: Builds the base, gets the guns, keeps everything organized. Allowed to participate in some raids at the TIER 1 leaders request, dependent on whether their job complies with the raiding rules in the MOTD.
SKILLS: Excellent builder who uses own ideas and dupes, great at making defense systems, great at organization, great at managing logistics, give or take at raiding.
NB: If your connection is bad, please don't chose this as an option. One disconnect could be overlooked, but if you are building all our stuff and we constantly lose it - you risk being moved to another tier or kicked completely.


TIER 3: Protection

DESCRIPTION: Guards the base, keeps it clean. Will think of strategic positions to guard from and have a dupe such as a sniper tower on hand. Will cooperate with other guards and try to avoid being wanted.
SKILLS: Great at defense, strategy and combat. Needs to be a team player, always alert and not dosey.
NB: If you constantly fail at protecting the base, you will be moved tiers.

I feel the same way prophet. All the new orgs are noobish and shit. Luckily, this isn't a new organization, it's an old one that you SHOULD be able to remember from the old zarp.
