TOPIC: Booster Pack Gift Boxes

Hello , about an hour ago from this post i brought 10 booster pack. i opened them on server 3 and did not receive my 10 gift boxes. I understand server 3 is usually an update behind, however. the load screen into server 3 even says about the gift boxes and has the Valentines update load-in i was wondering if any staff members could help me get my gift boxes many thanks - Sir Lucky/ Berry Blue

Sorry about this, you should not have been able to claim Booster Packs on S3 before the update is added there. We have now fixed this issue and you can claim your 10 Booster Packs again on S1 to claim your gift boxes. Hope this helps!
