for the love of god i know they're trying to listen more to the community especially when it comes to changes such as the gang member limit change but this change is definitely counterintuitive. and no disrespect to afrohat, but when it comes to a change that affects all players in a gang, and gangs in the game has gone through several periods that such person have not seen (jay house vs pl most recent one maybe??) they definitely shouldn't listen to someone who has been out of the loop in the community for about 3 years or so now. i truly don't think this system would make it more fair for other people, as the elephant in the room is that without spending hundreds of dollars or hundreds of hours, no new player or underequiped player has a chance compared to long time players, even with the new gang shop or whatever it is called. i really hope they take a peak at this thread otherwise they are just going to keep digging a deeper grave.
