Welcome!

Are you in desperate need of money? Do you need financial support? Well, you have come to the right place! Welcome to the official Interstellar Banking Corporation thread. In the IBC, we tend to be as fair as possible and provide all members of the community with the money they need! We have a lot of services to offer and we are truly looking towards working with you!

The IBC - Policies & Regulations:

1. The IBC is able to provide hundreds of millions, including billions, however, the current maximum loan is $1,000,000,000. Although this may be changed at any time depending on the individual who's interested in cooperating with us. The current minimum loan is $25,000,000.

2. The IBC is also able to provide hundreds of thousands and even millions of gems. The current maximum loan is 5,000,000 gems however this may be changed at any time depending on the individual who's interested in cooperating with us. The current minimum loan is 500,000 gems.

3. The current maximum length of our contacts is one three months, and the minimum is one week, though this may be changed at any time, depending on the contract and the individual who's interested in cooperating with us.

4. The IBC will not cooperate with people who hold a bad reputation within the community, are not known, or are not trusted enough, hence why we have the liberty to deny any appeal/request with said reasons.

5. If you agree to the contract, but fail to return what you owe by DD/MM/YYYY stated within the contract, you will be punished accordingly as stated by the SSRP server rules, for scamming. You will have until 11:59 PM UTC of the agreed day to return the money/gems we lent, along with the X% of interest.

6. Shall you want to return the money/gems prior to when the contract ends, you will still have to pay back the money/gems along with the X% of interest, regardless of how early you wanna pay us back.

7. The contract as well as the whole "Policies & Regulations" are subject to change, but only under extreme circumstances - Hence why the Interstellar Banking Corporation has the liberty of altering the contact even after it was made and agreed to.

8. You will be contacted 24 to 48 hours prior to the contract end, just as a reminder. You can/will be contacted via Steam, Discord, TeamSpeak, in-game, or via other means.

9. Should the person within the IBC who's lending you their money or gems be unable to collect them by when the contract ends, another person will collect it for them. Should no one be able to collect it, the contract will be extended until someone is able to. No additional fees or interest will need to be paid.

10. The IBC is a sub-organization of the Interstellar Corporation - Hence why people within gangs that are on good terms with Interstellar will be receiving better contracts, more benefits, and will have more privileges. People within gangs that are in neutral terms will not receive said privileges/benefits. People within gangs that have been dwindling the progress of either the IBC or the Interstellar Corporation will receive bigger interest rates (when it comes to loans) within their contracts or might not have their requests accepted for mentioned reasons.

11. The IBC is also able to accept investments.

12. The maximum investment goes up to $2,500,000,000 cash and 5,000,000 gems. Although this may be changed at any time depending on the contract and the individual who's interested in cooperating with us. The minimum investment is $50,000,000 cash and/or 1,000,000 gems.

13. The IBC has the liberty of terminating any contract at any time, with or without reason.

14. The IBC may also deny any requests, with or without reason.

15. If you are unable to pay us back in cash/gems, the IBC is also willing to accept items or even booster packs as an alternative, this can and will be negotiated via Steam/Discord/TeamSpeak or other methods.

16. In the rare and extreme scenario of the IBC not being able to return your invested money/gems along with the X% of interest, the contract will be extended and the interest will build up until we are able to pay back, in one way or another.

17. The IBC works on a simple interest basis.

18. The IBC does both, weekly and monthly interest, this usually depends on the length of the contract.

19. Should you want to withdraw your money prior to the contract end date, you will only be getting the X% of weekly/monthly interest during which we've held your money, after which the contract will be terminated.

20. You are allowed to borrow or invest more money, even if you have an active loan or investment, this will not be stacked on top of your existing contract though - A new contract under a new interest rate will have to be created.

21. No one else is allowed to collect/return the money apart from the person we've made the contract with.

22. If you are (permanently) banned and unable to pay us (even as a result of owing us money/gems), your contract will resume (X% weekly/monthly interest included) until the IBC receives the money/gems owed - Until then, the contract will not be terminated upon the due date.

23. Should you not be able to pay back in cash, the IBC will accept gems as an alternative - The price of gems will be determined based on the economy's current average price and by the IBC personnel, and vice versa (cash instead of gems).

24. Any attempt to loophole anything within the "Policies & Regulations" of this thread, or the contract made by the IBC personnel will result in an immediate termination of the contract itself - This can include a permanent ban for "Scamming" should the IBC not receive what is owed as a result.

After submitting your request, we will review it and reply to it by either accepting it or denying it. In addition, we will make a mini-contract which should look like this...

Example:

You, <Name> <Steam ID>, are about to borrow <Stated amount of cash/gems> from the Interstellar Banking Corporation, which you will have to return by DD/MM/YYYY until 11:59 PM UTC, along with the X% of interest, which is an equivalent of <Cash/Gems>. Should you not be able to return the money/gems by the date stated within your contract, you will be punished accordingly as stated by the SSRP server rules, under the rule/section of scamming. Do you agree to the policies & regulations stated on the official IBC thread as well as this contract?

If you don't agree to the contract you can either state you don't, or not respond at all. Though if you do, then you will quote this and copy/paste it as your response:

In case you are investing into the IBC however, our response should look like this...

Example:
