TOPIC: On the subject of RDMing Mutants...

I've seen two forum punishment requests get quickly shut down over mis-interpretation of the rules. The rules clearly state for Mutants:
"Mutants can be KOSed anywhere except for their spawn, unless they attack you first in their spawn district."

I have been punished for this before too, hence this post, because seeing another user ignored on the basis of it is frustrating. The rule CLEARLY states that you can only attack them in their district if they attack you first. If you believe this to be referring purely to the little 'park' where mutants spawn, the second part of the sentence clearly clarifies that, or else it makes zero sense. You can KOS Mutants ANYWHERE, just not their spawn district. You can only do it if they attack YOU personally, and obviously if they killed you in a previous life that doesn't count due to the New Life Rule. This is what the rules say, therefore it makes sense that people shouldn't be punished or ignored for following this rule to be followed by others, especially staff.

Why the mutant job is still on the server after they removed the sewers is beyond me anyway
