Suggestion Title: Don't allow "prison_achgate" in the mines

How would it benefit the server: New player would be able to access the mining stones.

Potential Issues/Exploits: none

Additional notes: I don't want the props to be completely blacklisted. But I dont want em allowed in the mines

Is this the prop with an absolutely minuscule gap inbetween it? If so then

EDIT: I'll have a rule brought up, but again my point still stands - do not make it difficult for people to enter the mines.
