Playerbase will be great in my opinion, I mean we still even see player counts in the 70's at times even though there's not be an update in over a year so I have no doubt in my mind we'll be seeing near max slot player counts. Depends on the content of the update it'll probably get like 60-90 players then in 2-3 weeks when the hype dies out it'll fall back to 30-50 players daily. Honestly I think a percentage of the playerbase has been lost simply due to how long it took. There's only so much time people will wait for something before they lose interest. He’s working on a platformer right now I don’t even think he has touched the project in a while but I think layla has been working on it for a few years straight

Only 10-15% in this community wants a Perp server and it takes a lot of work to make it good as well.
