i'm pretty sure i have 2 recents? since i got warned twice yesterday.

Recent and active warnings are different. Active warnings have a time before resetting, if you acquire three you get a kick, if you rejoin and get a fourth you are banned for an hour. Recent warnings are a show of your inability of following rules within a 2 week period.
