Like honestly, what's the point of this? To show off that you've done 1.7k f1s? Who cares? From the statistics you gave us I could gather that you used to do loads of f1s but now you can't get yourself past 30 in a week? Surely that adds you to the list of people who aren't doing anything. Staff back in the day held each other accountable, before there was an F1 count required and the ability to see how many you've done each week. While I don't think this solves any problems, it's more of him just highlighting the fact of who's doing what.

Though it looks like he just wants to make himself look good by extending the 2nd list to 7 people just to show he can do f1s

Yeah I don't understand why the first list isn't the same amount of people as the second one, or vice versa.

I wanted to do 10 for both but then I realised I would be ashaming people so I did 5.

And then decided on 7 for the 2nd one so you can fit yourself in? You could have at least done it discreetly and made the second list 10.
