You hold down Q, and on the right side (in the toolbar) you should find Precision. Select it. After you did 4 more options will pop up: Weld, Move, Axis, Apply. hey, didn't I teach you how to do that?

Actually i went through 20 videos on YT with no success. Asked people in S1 in OOC multiple times and then decided just not to waste my time searching for something i won't find, and a few days later i accidentaly found out about it.
