I was mining and a random person just came up to me and killed me so i dont have a pickaxe now on S2

Just dealt with this. Refunded the player out of my own pocket, and reminded them that we don't refund for rulebreaks. Seems a tad oxymoronic, but I had a few spare picks, so whattaya gonna do?
