TOPIC: There is someone on serv 3 using scripts or hacks

Someone on server 3 is spamming chat and changing steam name. They also deleted a good amount of writing in the console. I also have evidence steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1360347695 this is a picture of the console. Please any help would be great.
