I mean, that was actually the argument I used when defending Nafe in the meeting and it's something I still stand by. Nafe can behave like an absolute minge, however when he's staff he knows how to do his job and actually behaves really maturely. That's why the people that said "He needs to regain trust" were bullshitting - Nafe has plenty of trust as a staff member, it's just that his user behaviour is kinda suckish.
