Plenty of suggestions have been implemented, such as R-Flex's "Make recent punishments marked in red" suggestion. Para's coinflip suggestion is being worked on as well, so no, suggestions aren't being ignored

How long has para's coinflip suggestion been in development?

I couldn't help but chuckle when the only suggestion that was accepted was a matter of checking if a punishment was given out less than 2 weeks ago and then coloring it in red though, lol.

Could you name some more recent suggestions (not rule changes pl0x) like items that affect the majority of the player base, not just a convenience issue for staff?

Edit: also check the 20+ pages of suggestions, look for locked topic with meaningful implementations to the game. i think its a lot more than 20 but i cba to waste time

Brothers, they cannot wipe the server. Its tooooo late, the only way is for them to make a vanilla server, which btw would be a great idea, and get tons of players....
