Gmad is also located inside your Garrys Mod Folder. Just go to Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\bin and you can find it there under the name "gmad". Copy it and paste it in a folder on your desktop and it should work the same as downloading it!
Downloading Gmad
Click
Open with WinRAR
Drag the Gmad Application to your desktop
Create a folder and place Gmad inside
Gmad converts GMA files into readable folders and the opposite.

You MUST be subscribed to the M9K Addons ( PSG-1 is in the M9K Heavy Weapons )
Copy m9k_heavy_weapons_ *Numbers*
Open the Folder you placed Gmad on and paste the m9k_heavy_weapons
file in it.
Drag the m9k_heavy_weapons
File onto Gmad and it should convert it into a folder.
Changing Weapon's Texture
Open the m9k_heavy_weapons
Folder
Click materials > models > weapons > v_models
Click psg-1
NOT sniper_psg1
You will see different VTF Files.
Make sure you open the files with VTFEdit!
Only Open Valve Texture Files
Dont Open Files ending with _norm or _normal.
Every file has different texture parts of the weapon so in order to make a complete skin you will have to figure out which part is what by testing it In-Game
In Order to change the texture of the weapon you are gonna have to open the file you want to change ( Lets take for example :
hend Which is the Scope )
This is how the psg files should look ( Different image in every file )
Go to the top left and Click File >
Export
Do NOT change the file's name!
Save the file as TGA
Open your Photo Editing Software ( Photoshop For Me )
Import your TGA File onto your Photo Editing Software
Make any changes ON TOP of the weapon's texture
You can change multiple texture files and make a complete weapon skin ( Will be difficult )
Importing Custom Weapon Texture
After you are done editing the weapons texture SAVE your texture as PNG
Go to VTFEdit
Click File >
Import
UnTick all of the boxes as shown below
Click File >
Save As >
Name the file exacly the same as the original texture's file name ( For me its
hend )
Move the VTF file you just saved inside the psg-1 file you took the original file from and Replace it.

This is how your Gmod Addons folder should look after placing the m9k_heavy_weapons

Have you made your own skin and you want to show it to others or maybe even want others to Download It?
Just Upload Screenshots and the psg-1 Folder on Google Drive!
If you want to make a skin for a different weapon just follow the same steps. Keep in mind not every weapon is in m9k_heavy_weapons, for example if u want to make a l85 skin you are gonna have to use m9k_assault_rifles
Have fun!
