scamming is a broad rule and what you're doing can easily be perceived as scamming

if someone pays you e.g 10mil and you pay them back 10 when you lose that is blatant scamming

deception and trickery

comes under scamming

Chute says that it's a scam. Mytic has been informed about this and will be banned for scamming if he continues with this strategy. This also means that no rule needs to be changed.

According to Mytic the only person that lost money because of this is Jonsey. Jonsey, please talk to me over Steam and I'll personally ensure your money will be repaid.

The issue has been resolved and this is as of now locked.
