Fixed bug causing users to be unable to speak

Fixed level tags - will now show in chat for all users.

Enabled points over time - 15 points every 2 minutes

Fixed voice chat meter

Fixed low-quality steam avatars

Added HUD customisation

Fixed F1 staff list

OnionRings did work

We will be releasing some new maps in the throughout the week so keep an eye out for that, we have some upcoming competitions too once we have finished a bigger update.

[FIX] You can now view the staff members on the in-game F1 Staff list.
[FIX] Players can now change their in-game names by /name or !name.
[FIX] An error with the !vip menu.
[Change] SA+ Can force change players names.
[Change] Chat tags now layout by Staff Rank>VIP Tag>Level
[Change] Name Colours will now be the same as VIP tag colour.
[Change] Non-VIP users will now have an orange name.
