Admins name - paramontana
Reason - Racism(?), propclimb
Server - DarkRP
Time - Permanent
Story - I was joking around and propclimbed twice, so para warned me for that.
A few minutes later I used the following words:
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Knee
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gar
And para misinterpreted my sentence thinking it's racist.
My sentence wasn't meant to be racist in any way, and I apologize for the inconvenience.

Proof - None.
Extra information - Knee is a joint in our bodies, and gar is a nice fish, none of them have anything to do against the black community.

Your logic screams ignorance when it comes to defending yourself for saying racist things on our servers.

Once again, this is a public server and any of us could give two shits if you or your friends call each other it. I thought it would've been clear enough already that this sort of behavior isn't condoned in our community.

Extra information - Knee is a joint in our bodies, and gar is a nice fish, none of them have anything to do against the black community.

This is a perfect example of why you shouldn't even be unbanned.

The fact that you're trying to ridicule your behavior and ban is horrible. You constantly say racist things and bully people within the community, you were also fully aware of what you were saying and it's tedious to say the least to need to sit and read you making fun out of something serious.

You have had so many chances To fix your shit. Most of these chat mutes were becuase you were being racist. You got then banned for your racissm after your unban you get banned for your homophobia disrespect and mass rdm. I've spoken with Paramontana, we've both decided that you've clearly tried to loop hole being racist by using the words, 'Knee' and 'Gar', I'm not sure how long this will take to get into your head but it's not what we tolerate on any of our services, we've spoken to you countless amounts of times about using these words, being it calling your friends it or being racist, unfortunately we don't tolerate this at ZARP, so we've decided today to deny this appeal due to you've already being spoken to about this countless amounts of times, and as terms for the prop climbing, you know that's not allowed, and for you to say it's just a 'joke' it's not acceptable.

If you ever want a chance at playing SSRP again, I think you need to iron out your use of racist words and fix your constant rule breaks, once you've done that you can appeal again in one month.
