The following only sums up to the things he has said himself to have done:

There was a serious of previous rulebreaking apart from the raiding as citizen and RDM.

He was SMG grenading the entire street from PD down to the casino mass rdming crowds of people.

I have kicked him about 3/4 times in one evening and the line was drawn. He was also breaking NLR repeatedly and reports against him kept coming in.

After I explained him why he was being punished I kicked him. He then came back and raged so gave him a two hour ban for continous RDM before the major one too, that didnt help:

If a player doesn't learn, this only leaves me one option. I believe my 5 day ban was mild as people had lifetime bans for less serious offenses. The only reason I went easy on you was because you're a returning and long-term player.

This server will always have a special place in my heart. They put me down because I know too much! ( Refering to an old event in which I was banned because I found out stuff about AgentLulz ( The old owner ) However I must say that Zart seemed like a cool guy. The topic has been locked.
