Time - How long were you banned for? 3 DAYS
Story - What happened? Uzi told the server that a ladder was the only way to get up to the top of this rooftop at spawn. So I used this prop which I thought was a ladder. I used it like normal and got up it. Markus dragged me to him saying donut I warned you you already have 4 recents, and now you are doing this. I say to him that I am sorry and I thought that it was a ladder and that I'm recently new to this server as I joined less than a week ago. I did player this server back in 2017 tho. Well this dude while he is about to ban me spawns in a ladder and when I ask him how he did that he replies with "Magik" which isn't really helpful to me for future references. I understand that my recents were fair but I'm sorry, I actually really like this darkRP server and is the only one I play on and really wanna get back onto it having a good time. Next time I will try my best to follow the rules but to be fair half of my recent punishments aren't even that fair and I was foolish to not appeal them as I was sure it would get denied. I really just wanna get back on the server and play again ;(.

(also its markus not melvin) Its only 3 days, wait it out. Earlier in the day i witnessed you giving multiple new players airstrikes to get them to attempt mass RDM. As for the punishment, maybe 3 days was slightly to much for 4 recents, however as a staff member from another server you should really be displaying a good attitude and behavior in the community as a whole. Dude I literally gave that person one airstrike and told him to click it as it was just him and a mass rdmer and wanted the mass rdmer to die. He kept asking for an rpg to mass rdm but I said no, don't do it because this is a good server. Well it is kinda harsh since im like brand new out of the oven.

Hello Dount.
After reading over your appeal I have deiced to deny it. You have a lot a recent punishments and abusive users should be taught a lesson and be given time to reflect on their decisions that led them to a ban within the server. You were and have been abusive on the server for a while now and as I said you need time to reflect. Take these three days off the server and read over the rules a couple of times and then come back with a positive attitude. You were also siding with known cheaters in-game and you were told to stop. You are also a TTT staff member, so you should be used to Zarp's TOU and the staff ethos.

If you feel some of your punishments are not valid and/or too harsh, feel free to appeal them on the forums. Thank you for taking the time to make this appeal, but it has been:
