Story - What happened
I placed a trip mine down infront of someone with a jugg, the guy then went on to turn around and walk into it I cannot help who walks into these things, also why the fuck does the trip mine do like 5000 damage! surely if you wanted to prevent this you'd just reduce the damage I thought it'd blow up not tarnish him.
After this happened the person who the trip mine killed tp'd to me as he's an admin and said the following "I'm not going to warn you" we spoke and I explained to him I hadn't a clue it straight up rips the suit, he then said not to worry and these things happen so I thought it was the end of it. Then an admin comes up to me and says "you're getting banned" then seconds later jack tp's to me and says"i could ban you rn" I said I had no clue it would rip the suit to which he promptly asks me to pay the guy back which is fair right? I could have been a dick and said no but I said give me a few hours and ill refund the guy, baring in mind the guys standing next to me and jack saying "don't worry about it" jack then goes on to say "You'll pay him back when you're banned?" This is just complete ignorance and power hunger, I will pay the guy back if im unbanned but that could cost this guy a suit because jack wanted to take charge of this situation instead of letting the admin/ player who lost his suit deal with things himself.
Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened?Vids everywhere atm
Extra Information - Any thing you think may be relevant to your ban Didn't mean for him to lose the suit nor did I expect the trip mine to rinse him so fast.

After reviewing your appeal, I have decided to deny it.

Judging by the video that Jack and I reviewed, you clearly placed the tripmine in front of the player in the middle of the dancing animation and in no way did they 'run into it'. It's pretty clear you intended to (at the very least, attempt to) RDM the player; I can't say for sure if you're lying about knowing how powerful the tripmines actually are.
