Server - Jailbreak
Story/Situation - I'm not entirely sure, I was on my jailbreak application checking for feedback and then I see that system says I have a warn. I then ask like every staff member on my steam list to check and finally nafe does and confirms the warning. My efforts to contact system were to no avail so I am just making this to hear what happened, because I dont even remember being guard when system was on let alone rdming someone. If I genuinely did RDM someone then I am sorry, but I had no recents and I was never asked my side of the story, I was also afk when the alleged rdm occurred so I am very confused.
Extra Information - i dont want that newman dude to handle

The most likely reason you don’t know about this warning is because you may have left the server after the occurrence and with a report on you, which would leave the staff member handling only to believe the victims side of the story.	eddie. Hello Illegalimmigrant, after taking the time over the past 45 minutes in deciding to look into this punishment with Raeker I have come to the conclusion that it seems fair enough to remove this punishment.

You had absolutely no punishments at all prior to this warning and you still don't, I believe that in the situation a verbal warning would have sufficed since you only commited this rulebreak on one occasion against one player on the server. Both me and 2 other staff members agree that in the situation a warning shouldn't have been given out due to the fact SyStem was unsure of what day it was, which is displayed here in a snippet taken from the server logs.

L 06/18/2018 - 21:37:30: "SyStem<438><STEAM_0:1:22800751><Team>" say "Illegal, why did you kill me=?"
L 06/18/2018 - 21:37:54: "SyStem<438><STEAM_0:1:22800751><Team>" say "Was it free day?"
L 06/18/2018 - 21:37:58: "Mexi<217><STEAM_0:1:85832201><Team>" say "nah"
L 06/18/2018 - 21:38:03: "YeetMan<110><STEAM_0:0:196773102><Team>" say "no he said lava day i believ"
L 06/18/2018 - 21:38:09: "SyStem<438><STEAM_0:1:22800751><Team>" say "I was killed by a prisonor"
L 06/18/2018 - 21:38:23: "SyStem<438><STEAM_0:1:22800751><Team>" say "What did warden say?"

Obviously in this situation you were both prisoners, this can be proven by the following two points

You killed him with fists
He asked you in team chat, not once but multiple times which proves he didn't accidently press U over Y once.

I believe in this situation it is completely fine to have this warning removed as SyStem seemed unsure of if he was meant to be killed or not, he also didn't recieve an answer from you when he asked you why he was killed, which matches up with your claims of being AFK at the time.

Obviously System is no longer a staff member so I felt it was appropriate to bring at least another staff member into the situation to discuss it to see what their opinion on the matter was, me and Blocked both agree that a warning should not have been placed due to him being unsure of the day and wardens commands.

Thank you very much for taking the time to appeal this warning, I will have it removed as soon as possible, have a good day / evening.
