could your point of view be supported by the fact that Black Americans, who make up about 13-14% of the U.S. population, accounted for approximately 26.6% of total arrests in 2019, according to FBI Uniform Crime Reporting (UCR) data? Or perhaps the land of zarp is not based on the USA and we must source some data from other countries too...

Good Day, after reviewing this Appeal and having a chat with Nerve, I came to the conclusion to deny your Appeal.
