Hate to break it to you, BCAT, but the whole point of "recent punishments" is that they can be used against you so long as they are recent (within 2 weeks). Yisyas is completely allowed to still use those punishments against you since they are still considered "recent". It doesn't matter if you were already banned recently with those same recents punishments. You should limit yourself so you can avoid this in the future
