Yis yas was forgiven as he didn't rip peoples item's and didn't do it over 5 times. At the same time I don't agree with yis yas being unbanned and brought up the fact that it was a issue a while ago with some lead team members. Exploiting shouldn't be something to easily get away with, especially when you show close to 0 apology and just wanna get on for a update.

If this isn't handled by later on when the update is due to drop, I'll take over handling this - I don't think it would be fair personally to keep you banned if others have been unbanned for this but then again maddox you did use cheats but admitted doing so, right? Because imo we need a much stronger stance against cheaters as it is just a reoccurring issue and genuinely just ruins the server. Though that may not be relevant to the ban at all, it is somewhat on a similar level to ruining gameplay but this is rather case by case.

If I'm wrong about the cheats then my bad, I haven't been around all year to know fully.

Yeah I did admit to cheats but I wasn’t punished by xnator for some weird reason, I totally agree about having a stronger stance against cheaters and I actually wouldn’t mind being banned if it was for that. Just a bit of a piss take that I’ve been banned way longer than everyone else lol, I was using meth for like 4 months - esp, aimbot entity esp etc if you want to the details.

With Maddox or not on the server it will make no difference, the average zarp user doesn't follow rules
Rules loosen everyday, staff members become more tolerant and we will reach a point where bullying, hacking and being an absolute pit of toxin will be a standard to be someone on zarp
Free the man and let him spend his quality time on Zarp, it needs players anyway
