I believe I have found the user who was scammed, I will hopefully make another post in the next 20 minutes with my response.

Hello Kingtv, I've taken a look through your ban appeal and got to some good lengths to make sure everything has been dealt with in a fair manner, I have made sure you have returned the money to it's rightful owner and you have now been unbanned.

Please keep in mine scamming is a permaban so if you scam again in the future expect from something like this to happen again.
